That’s why professional climber Jonathan Siegrist crafted this comprehensive training plan aimed at 5.11–5.13 climbers. In addition to a daily training regimen that takes you through simple, but effective, training methods for increasing finger strength, you’ll gain expert insight into strengthening your core, preventing injuries, training methods, and more pro tips.
