In this 7-part transformational intensive, Hilary will guide you through the fundamental skills and competencies you’ll need to master the nine practical essentials of energy medicine for healing yourself and others.

How do you know when it’s safe to connect with intuition? As Hilary will explain, your true intuition’s messages, impressions, and sensations are always peaceful and reassuring.

If a message feels scary, threatening, or dramatic, it’s not the language of energy through intuition. Instead, it’s the fear instinct. Once the fear is identified and redirected to the place it belongs through either response or relaxation, then deeper, healing information can flow.

You’ll practice becoming familiar with the language of your energy. Perhaps you feel impressions or see images or scenes. Maybe a word pops into your head or you feel a little nudge to take a specific action.
