A two CD Progressive Relaxation Program designed to teach profound relaxation techniques. The six phases: Tense-Relax, Differential Relaxation, Limb Heaviness, Heavy & Warm, Facial Relaxation, and Stress Management combine smoothly to teach important elements of deep relaxation, handling stress, and an imaging technique designed to help overcome your fears. Priming phrases are added to enhance relaxation.

The listener is guided though a series of tense and relax exercises. If you suffer from pain and/or other stress-related issues consult with your health care provider and consider this audio recording as a tool for developing skills useful in promoting deep states of relaxation.
